At this forum, Li Jianhua, Deputy Director of the Technical Research Department of the China Article Numbering Center, introduced the national key industrial product quality and safety traceability policy, and gave a presentation on the "One Car, One Pool, One Charge, One Code" digital traceability platform for electric bicycles jointly created by the China Article Numbering Center and the industry.
It is reported that this digital traceability platform can effectively assist electric bicycle enterprises and dealers in quickly implementing the national "one car, one pool, one charging, one code" requirements, and solve the current situation of "one province, one code" in the electric bicycle industry. At the same time, the platform has also quickly responded to the requirements of relevant national departments for electric bicycle manufacturers to establish a quality traceability system, avoiding each enterprise developing a platform and increasing their costs.
The reporter learned at the forum that the platform is currently in the internal testing stage, with more than 20 brands and 30 companies participating in the testing. It is expected to be promoted and applied nationwide from July. In the future, this traceability platform can effectively support the daily supervision work of market regulatory departments in various provinces, effectively prevent inferior products from entering the market, ensure the 3C consistency of electric bicycle products, and assist dealers in effectively implementing their main responsibilities, providing important support for the industry to achieve digital governance.
